We help you train for your goals.

Squad Performance is a performance gym in Ocean Grove offering run coaching, HYROX training, strength training, sports performance programming, boxing and junior athlete coaching.

We consider anyone with a goal and the desire to improve to be an athlete.

Serving the Greater Geelong Region and the Bellarine Peninsula.

We don’t run classes. We give you a training program and access to the studio to complete your sessions. It’s more like supervised small groups of people training alongside each other but with their own program.

1:1 COACHING

Dedicated 45 minute session with a coach.

Focus on technique development, race planning, developing a personalised training program.

$80 per session or 4 sessions for $300.

MEMBERSHIP

SQD UNLIMITED

Full access to Squad Performance studio with a tailored training plan targeted towards your goals.

Primarily for those who want a combination of strength training, conditioning and running programmed (e.g. runners, HYROX, triathlon)

Train during coach supervision hours or out of hours.

Studio access 4am - 9pm M - F and 6am - 5pm on weekends.

$70 per week

Minimum 4 weeks

MEMBERSHIP

SQD LIFT

Three training sessions per week in the Squad Performance studio with a tailored training plan targeted towards your goals.

Primarily for those who want strength training only.

Train during coach supervision hours or out of hours.

Studio access 4am - 9pm M - F and 6am - 5pm on weekends.

$55 per week

Minimum 4 weeks

ONLINE

RUN ONLY | strength only

Get your run plan plus regular check ins delivered directly to your phone.

10km, Half, Full Marathon plans built for your event.

We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks but ideally 16 weeks to be race ready.

Your coach will monitor and update your plan as needed throughout.

The strength program is for those who don’t need gym access, just the programming and coach check ins.

$30 per week

Minimum 2 weeks

ONLINE

RUN + STRENGTH | HYROX

A full online program consisting of runs, strength and hybrid sessions to be completed at your home gym or local gym.

The HYROX program is the same as the in studio plan.

Suited to those who live too far away to attend the studio or those who already have a comprehensive home gym set up.

Your coach will provide regular check ins.

$40 per week

Minimum 2 weeks

JUNIOR ATHLETES

1:1 COACHING | SEMI PRIVATE GROUP

Coached semi-private sessions for junior athletes in a small group environment. Athletes train with their own program but are coached alongside peers - building accountability, consistency and a training culture that carries into adult sport.

Prior to joining semi-private sessions, each athlete completes at least one 1:1 session.
