How Training Works at SqD
All athletes start with a consult.
We look at:
sport or goal
injury history
strengths & weaknesses
training schedule
season timing
You then follow a structured program inside our semi-private performance gym.
You follow your own program with coaching support, so you get the benefits of personal training without being limited to one-on-one sessions.
This allows you to improve strength, speed and conditioning without overtraining.
Junior athletes 14-15 may train independently during coach staffed hours.
Junior athletes 16-17 may train independently during and out of coach staffed hours.
Junior athletes 11-13 may only train during coach led group sessions.
